Email support@memoryfigure.com. For an existing order, include the Shopify order number and use the same email address used at checkout. Do not include card or banking details.
Design preview and revisions
We send the private 3D model video or file within 1–3 days after payment. Up to two revision rounds are included. Reply by email or use the WhatsApp link in your review message. If we receive no response within 3 days after proof delivery, the latest model moves into production.
WhatsApp revisions
WhatsApp is available for convenient revision messages when the business number is enabled. Final model status is also recorded against the order so production always follows the correct version. Never send card or banking details through chat.
