After purchase, your private review link, email, and order-specific WhatsApp conversation keep every revision connected to the correct model. We send the closer 3D production proof within 1–3 days.
Private design review
The order-specific link shows the latest proof and approval status. Up to two revision rounds are included.
The approval process
Clear at every stage

Order confirmed
Shopify sends the receipt and order number to the email used at checkout.

3D production proof delivered
Within 1–3 days after payment, we email a private link to the latest 3D model video or file.
- 03
Review or request changes
Review the model and reply by email or WhatsApp with one clear list of changes. Up to two revision rounds are included.

Approve within 3 days
Approve the model when it is ready. If we receive no reply within 3 days of delivery, the latest proof is treated as approved and moves into production.

Production update
A making-stage photo is sent by email when the physical piece reaches its update checkpoint.
- 06
Shipped with tracking
Shopify sends tracking when the order leaves production. The current estimated delivery window is 14–28 days after payment.
Waiting for your preview?
Check the inbox and spam folder for the email used at checkout. Always include the Shopify order number when contacting us. If there is no reply within 3 days after proof delivery, the latest model moves into production. Never send card details by email or messaging apps.
