After purchase, email is the official notification channel and your private Memory Figure review link is the official place to approve a design. This keeps every version and decision connected to the order.

The order-specific link will show the latest proof, revision history, remaining revision rounds, and approval status.

Order confirmed
Shopify sends the receipt and order number to the email used at checkout.

Preview delivered
Our target is to email your private design-review link within 24–48 hours after payment.

Review or request changes
Open the link to review the closer design proof. Reply to the preview email if you need help. Up to two revision rounds are included.

Approve your design
Production begins only after your approval. Approval locks the personalized design details for making.

Production update
A making-stage photo is sent by email when the physical piece reaches its update checkpoint.

Shipped with tracking
Shopify sends the shipment confirmation and tracking information when the order leaves production.

Check the inbox and spam folder for the email used at checkout. Always include the Shopify order number when contacting us. Never send card details by email or messaging apps.
