What photos work best?
Use clear, well-lit images where faces and hairstyles are easy to see. Auto mode keeps a cropped photo as a half-body design unless enough lower-body information is visible. You may request full-body completion without choosing preset pants, shoes, or poses.
Is the preview the final product?
The digital preview communicates the composition and overall look. Because the final piece is produced from physical materials, small differences in color, texture, scale, placement, and fine detail are normal.
How does 3D model approval work?
Within 1–3 days after payment, we send a private 3D model video or file. You can request up to two revision rounds by email or WhatsApp. If we receive no reply within 3 days after sending the proof, the latest model is treated as approved and moves into production.
How long does delivery take?
The current estimated delivery window is 14–28 days after payment, including the model-review and production stages. Shopify Checkout shows the available shipping service and cost for your address.
Where do you ship?
The store is designed for customers in the United States and Canada. Shipping destinations, prices, and delivery estimates are confirmed in Shopify Checkout.
What size is the frame?
The outer frame measures 5.9 × 7.9 in (15 × 20 cm), with a 2 in (5 cm) interior display depth. The compact top light uses a silver-tone cylindrical housing with an integrated button battery.
Which payment methods can I use?
Available card and accelerated payment methods are shown securely in Shopify Checkout. Options such as PayPal or Apple Pay only appear when they are enabled for the store and supported by the customer’s device and region.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Keep the item and all packaging, then contact customer care promptly with your order number and clear photos of the box and damage. We will review the issue and confirm the available replacement or resolution.
