1. Upload your photos
Choose one to five clear, well-lit photos. Auto mode follows only what the photo clearly shows. If you explicitly request a full-body figure from a cropped photo, we extend the visible outfit automatically without forcing preset pants, shoes, or a new pose.
2. Personalize the details
Choose the exact number of figures, frame finish, scene, message, date, and optional figure format. Figure count controls both price and the subjects included, so every selected person or pet must appear in your reference photos.
3. Review your preview
See a digital Memory Style composition before ordering. After payment, we send a closer 3D production-model video or file within 1–3 days. Up to two revision rounds are included by email or WhatsApp.
4. Production and delivery
Approve the production model within 3 days. If we do not receive a reply, the latest proof is treated as approved and production begins. The current estimated delivery window is 14–28 days after payment; shipping cost is shown at checkout.
The finished display
The outer frame measures 5.9 × 7.9 in (15 × 20 cm) with a 2 in (5 cm) interior display depth. A compact silver-tone, button-battery top light adds a warm glow without a visible wall cord.
