Before production
Up to two design-revision rounds are included before approval. Reply to the preview email with one clear, consolidated list of changes. Production begins after approval, so contact customer care immediately if something is wrong.
After production begins
Approving the design locks the personalized details and authorizes production. Personalized orders generally cannot be cancelled or redesigned after materials and production have been committed.
Damage or manufacturing issue
Keep the product and all original packaging. Contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos of the shipping box, protective packaging, and affected area so we can review a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
Digital preview and handmade variation
The approved digital preview guides composition, body format, color direction, and personalization. Small differences in color, texture, scale, placement, and fine detail are normal in a physical personalized product and are not automatically considered defects.
Incorrect personalization
Please review names, dates, messages, photos, and selections before checkout and again during any requested approval. If the delivered item differs materially from the approved order details, contact customer care with clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.
