Current Demo Mode
In Demo Mode, selected photos remain in the current browser tab as temporary object URLs. They are not uploaded by this application and disappear when the page is closed or refreshed.
Purpose
Uploaded images are used to review visible details, prepare a preview, produce the personalized figure, and provide customer support.
Controlled access
Real production uploads are not connected yet. Before launch, they must use private storage, role-limited staff access, file-content validation, and time-limited signed HTTPS links. Permanent public photo URLs must not be used.
Retention and deletion
The planned default is to remove source production photos within 30 days after order completion, subject to support, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal requirements. The deletion job and audit log are not implemented yet and must be tested before real uploads are accepted.
Requesting deletion
After production is complete, request deletion at support@memoryfigure.com and include the Shopify order number. Do not attach additional sensitive photos unless requested through a secure channel.
Your responsibility
Upload only photos you have permission to use. Avoid government IDs, medical documents, payment cards, intimate images, or unrelated personal information.
